Incident Report - Gentleman Jim's Bar & Grill 09/07/03 <br /> <br />Detective Gordanier reviewed the incident report and supplemental reports relative to <br />the September 7, 2003 incident involving an intoxicated person who was contacted by <br />police at the 900 block of Cherry Street. The person in question reported to have been <br />drinking at Gentleman Jim's. Further investigation by the officer reflected that the party <br />had not even been in Gentleman Jim's on that date. It was noted that the party had <br />been refused service at Centennial Liquors <br /> <br />The Authority determined there was no evidence of a violation. <br /> <br />Koertje requested that a letter be written to Centennial Liquors commending them for <br />refusing service to the intoxicated party. <br /> <br />SECRETARY'S REPORT <br /> <br />City Clerk Varra reported on the following: <br /> · Final Finding and Order for Henry's Bar & Grill was included in the packet for <br /> their review. <br /> · Wine tasting at Centennial Liquors that was conducted on October 24, 2003. <br /> This permit was issued by the State and a copy was forwarded to the City. <br /> · October 19, 2003 Liquor Training - 31 attendees from local liquor licensed <br /> establishments. <br /> <br />AUTHORITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br /> <br />Authority Attorney Bleau reported this would be her last meeting as she would be on <br />maternity leave for the November meeting.
