Louisville Local Licensing Authority <br />Meeting Date: November 24, 2003 <br />Page 3 of 3 <br /> <br />POLICE DEPARTMENT REPORTS <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />SECRETARY'S REPORT <br /> <br />Deputy City Clerk Hanson reported on the following: <br /> · Liquor License Transfer- Hajloo Inc., d/b/a Old Sante Fe Mexican Grille - Hotel <br /> & Restaurant License - 994 Dillon Road. The letter from Louisville Restaurant, <br /> LLC affirming they hold no financial interest in the liquor license was received <br /> along with the change in Mr. Hajloo's personal history to add his wife, Debra <br /> Hajloo as having financial interest in the liquor industry. <br /> · Enclosed a calendar for the Authority Meetings for 2004. <br /> · Included a letter of commendation sent to Centennial Wine and Spirits. <br /> <br />AUTHORITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />AUTHORITY COMMENTS <br /> <br />Authority Member Kimmett informed the other members of the Authority that he would <br />not be seeking re-appointment when his term expires in January, 2004. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br /> Mulvahill moved to adjourn @ 7:16 p.m. Paige seconded the motion. All members <br /> were in favor.
