RESOLUTION NO. 14, <br /> SERIES 2010 <br /> A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A SPECIAL REVIEW USE <br /> (SRU) TO CREATE OUTDOOR PATIO SEATING FOR THE LUCKYPIE PIZZA <br /> RESTAURANT AT 637 FRONT STREET <br /> WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission an <br /> application for approval of a request for a special review use (SRU) to create outdoor <br /> patio seating for the LuckyPie Pizza Restaurant at 637 Front Street; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed the information submitted and found it, <br /> with conditions, to comply with Louisville zoning regulations, required general and <br /> specific design standards as set forth in Section 17.42.030, and the City's special <br /> review use criteria and other applicable sections of the Louisville Municipal Code; and <br /> WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing on June 10, 2010, where <br /> evidence and testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the <br /> Louisville Planning Commission Staff Report dated June 10, 2010, the Planning <br /> Commission finds that said special review use should be approved, with the following <br /> conditions; <br /> 1. Pine Street access shall remain as an "in-only" one way access. <br /> 2. Hours of operation for the outdoor patio shall be limited to 12 a.m. <br /> 3. Patio lighting should be limited to low wattage down-cast lighting only. <br /> 4. Potted planting structures shall be placed throughout the outdoor patio area. <br /> These shall be for seasonal use only._ <br /> 5. The applicant must show how trash and recycling dumpsters will be <br /> accommodated on the property. <br /> 6. A bicycle rack with six (6) spaces shall be installed. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of <br /> Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve a special review use (SRU) to create outdoor <br /> patio seating for the LuckyPie Pizza Restaurant at 637 Front Street, subject to the <br /> above conditions. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of June, 2010. <br /> By: <br /> J�; =y Lipt , Chairperson <br /> anning Commission <br /> Attest: <br /> Susan S.
