RESOLUTION NO. 10 <br /> SERIES 2010 <br /> A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING'APPROVAL OF A SIXTEEN (16) MONTH <br /> EXTENSION OF THE EXPIRATION DATE OF THE FINAL PLANNED UNIT <br /> DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR LOT 1, COLORADO TECHNOLOGICAL CENTER, FILING <br /> 3 (1900 CHERRY ST.) FROM AUGUST 7, 2010 TO DECEMBER 31, 2011 <br /> WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission an <br /> application to extend the expiration date of a final planned unit development (PUD) plan for <br /> Lot 1, Colorado Technological Center, Filing 3 (1900 Cherry St.) for an additional <br /> approximately sixteen (16) month period, from August 7, 2010 to December 31, 2011; <br /> WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed the information submitted and found it <br /> complies with Louisville Municipal Code— Chapter 17.28; and <br /> WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing on May 13, 2010, where evidence <br /> and testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the Louisville Planning <br /> Commission Staff Report dated May 13, 2010, the Planning Commission finds that <br /> extending the final PUD plan expiration date should be approved as presented. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City <br /> of Louisville, Colorado does hereby recommend approval of a sixteen (16) month <br /> extension to the expiration date of the final PUD plan for Lot 1, Colorado Technological <br /> Center, Filing 3 (1900 Cherry St.)from August 7, 2010 to December 31, 2011. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of May, 2010. <br /> By: <br /> Chris Pritchard, Vice-ch • <br /> Planning Commission <br /> Attest: �" G. <br /> san Loo, S retary <br /> Planning Commission <br />
