IU Cityof <br />Louisville <br />COLORADO • SINCE 1878 <br />stressed the church's priority to serve the City through <br />use of "outdoor gathering space". <br />VIII. Highway 42 Underpass Landscape Review, Presented <br />by Allan Gill, Parks Project Manager and Paul Kuhn, <br />Senior Project Manager with MIG, Inc.: Allan presented <br />3 different landscape plans as well as 3 options for <br />architectural elevations of the underpass. <br />a. The Parks Board unanimously agreed with staff <br />recommendation on a hybrid landscaping approach. <br />b. Parks Board also concurs with staff recommendation to <br />proceed with A.2 architectural elevation, to be more <br />consistent with existing underpass near intersection of <br />McCaslin Boulevard and Washington Avenue. <br />i. Susan Loo recommends adding City logo <br />sandblasted next to "95th Street" stamp. <br />IX. Discussion and Prioritization on Capital Improvement <br />Requests: <br />a. Members of the Board discussed many projects and <br />agreed to add Sundance Master Plan, Multi -Purpose <br />Field and Sports Complex Improvements to the list of <br />capital improvement requests. <br />b. Board also suggests removal of Dog Park and <br />Community Park Spray Ground Renovation from list of <br />requests. <br />X. Motion to move agenda item 10 (Overview of City of <br />Louisville's Programs, Key Indicators and Discussion <br />on Future Operational Budget Funding Requests) to <br />next month: Unanimously approved. <br />XI. Terraces on Main, Boulder Creek Neighborhoods, <br />Presented by Allan Gill, Park Project Manager: Allan <br />Gill, Parks Project Manager, presented pros and cons for <br />including street trees in front of the new Boulder Creek <br />Neighborhood office and retail building, in the 700 and <br />800 blocks of Main Street.
