<br />Louisville Mill Site Subdivision — Special Review Use
<br />The use of outdoor areas shall be limited to between the hours of 8 am and
<br />midnight, and outdoor amplified music shall be limited to no later than 10:00 p.m.
<br />Sunday through Thursday and to restrictions set forth in the municipal code in
<br />effect from time to time.
<br />Special Review Use for the following purposes:
<br />a.)
<br />Entire areas of Lot 2 and Outlot 'A' for the purposes of any governmental
<br />uses, including potential interpretive historic site, interior and exterior, and
<br />display of artifacts, whether privately or publically owned and maintained,
