RESOLUTION NO. 22 SERIES 2018 A RESOLUTION APPROVING OF A REQUEST FOR A FINAL PLAT TO RECONFIGURE THE LOT LINE BETWEEN LOTS 8 & 9, BLOCK 3, EAST LOUISVILLE WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission an application for a request for a Final Plat to reconfigure the lot line between Lots 8 & 9, Block 3, East Louisville, and WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed the information submitted and found that the application complies with the Louisville zoning and subdivision regulations and other applicable sections of the Louisville Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing on February 8, 2018, where evidence and testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the Louisville Planning Commission Staff Report dated February 8, 2018, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the Final Plat to City Council, and WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing on April 17, 2018, where evidence and testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the Louisville City Council Staff Report dated Apnl 17, 2018, City Council has reviewed the application, including the recommendation of the Planning Commission and finds that said Final Plat should be approved with the following conditions: 1 Concurrent with the recordation of the plat, the applicant shall record deeds which reflect the new legal descriptions for each lot 2 Concurrent with the recordation of the plat, the applicant shall record the revocable license agreement for the private improvements in the public Rights of Way. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve a request for a Final Plat to reconfigure the lot Zine between Lots 8 & 9, Block 3, East Louisville.
