Front yard drains to the front of the house. North side drains <br />to the east, but does not drain away from the house. Leaves and natural debris have <br />built up along all sides of the house. <br />Recommendations include: Clean debris away from the house on all sides of the <br />house. Re -grade front area so the ground slopes from the house in all locations 6" in <br />the first 5' from the edge of the house. <br />Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing <br />Mechanical: Baseboard radiant heating system with gas-fired boiler. <br />Recommendations include: No recommendations at this time. <br />Electrical: Electrical service is 200 amps. Wiring throughout the house is Romex with <br />updated receptacles and switches. Electrical service was upgraded circa 2007, and <br />wiring has been replaced throughout the house. There is still space available in the <br />service panel. <br />Recommendations include: No recommendations at this time. <br />Plumbing: Existing waste line is PVC and exits the crawlspace through the newer <br />crawlspace on the east side of the house.
