Roll Call: PPLAB members present: Shelly Alm, Diana <br />Gutowski, Laurie Harford, Mark Newland, Ezra Paddock, <br />Ellen Toon. Staff Liaison: Dean Johnson. City Council <br />Liaison: Susan Loo. OSAB: Mike Schantz. <br />II. Approval of Agenda: Unanimously approved. <br />III. Approval of Minutes: Unanimously approved. <br />IV. Staff Updates: Changes in municipal codes to be <br />discussed at May meeting. Median design with consultant <br />will be getting underway. <br />V Board Updates: A new roster of PPLAB members was <br />requested. The cottonwoods at the Rec Center were <br />removed and the bees were taken by a beekeeper. OSAB <br />representative, Mike Schantz, gave an update on behalf <br />of Dave Clabots on the corroboration of the Boards. <br />continuing to work on long term solutions for dog facilities <br />with general guidelines for such facilities being discussed. <br />VI. Public comments on Items Not on the Agenda: none <br />VII. Spring Open Government Training Reminder: This will <br />take place on Monday, April 30 at 6:30 p.m. at City Hall. <br />VIII. Overview of the City of Louisville's Programs, Key <br />Indicators, and Discussion on Future Operational <br />Budget Funding Requests: Dean explained program - <br />based budgeting.
