Discussion on Median Renovation Design Services <br />Project: Once a consultant is hired and has met with City <br />Staff, they will be presenting ideas to PPLAB for input <br />from the Board. <br />X. 2018 PPLAB Priority Discussion: Median renovations <br />and Commercial Design Guidelines were determined to <br />be high priorities with Public Space Design Guidelines an <br />ongoing priority. <br />XI. Planning Discussion for Council Study Session on <br />April 24th: PPLAB met with Council in October and do <br />not have any new items to present to Council at this time. <br />Susan Loo will send notice to Council to advise we will <br />not be on the agenda. <br />XII. Recreation Center Cottonwood Trees Artistic Wood <br />Creation Discussion: After discussing several ideas, <br />the Board did not find an acceptable project to move <br />forward with. <br />XIII. Update on Washington Street Sidewalk <br />Improvements: ADA accessible ramps and sidewalk <br />improvements have begun. These improvements will <br />require updating the irrigation as well. <br />XIV. Agenda Items for Next Meeting: Parks scorecard <br />discussion. Pictures of underpass plantings. PPLAB <br />members' observations and recommendations for <br />possible median renovations. Changes in municipal <br />codes. <br />XV.
