City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />April 17, 2018 <br />Page 3 of 15 <br />REPORT — DISCUSSION/DIRECTION/ACTION — PENDING LITIGATION <br />Attorney Light stated the executive session regarded pending litigation, which does not <br />involve any actual lawsuit but a situation where lawsuits may result. Also, at the <br />beginning of the meeting Council discussed a request to participate in a brief for a <br />pending lawsuit and in that case, the Council decided not to discuss this in executive <br />session, but rather asked the item be scheduled for discussion at the May 1 regular <br />meeting. <br />Councilmember Leh left the meeting at 7:05 pm <br />Attorney Light reported the Council did not finish its discussions and asked if Council <br />would like to continue the executive session after the regular meeting. Mayor Muckle <br />moved to continue the executive session after the regular meeting; Councilmember <br />Maloney seconded the motion.
