Transfer of license for RT Denver Franchise, LP, d/b/a Ruby.Tuesday #2169. <br /> <br />Attorney Harrington stated that all documents for the transfer had been reviewed <br />and were in place. However, there were a few executed documents that <br />Attorney Harrington recommended the Authority obtain final copies of as a <br />condition of approval of the transfer. Deputy City Clerk Moniece Schmidt stated <br />that she had received faxed copies of the documents needed, and everything <br />was in order. <br /> <br />Member Kimmett moved to approve the transfer of ownership of RT Denver <br />Franchise, LP, d/b/a Ruby Tuesday fl2169. Member Sackett seconded the <br />motion. Roll call vote: Koertje-yes, Kimmett-yes, Sackett-yes, Paige-yes. All <br />members approved, motion carried. <br /> <br />B. Renewal application for Byung U. Min, d/b/a Little Tokyo. <br /> <br />Attorney Harrington explained that the renewal application was removed from the <br />consent agenda because the licensee does not have legal possession of the <br />premises for the entire term of the license period. However, the Authority may <br />approve the renewal contingent upon receiving a lease showing possession of <br />the premises for the one-year license period. As soon as the new lease is <br />provided, the renewal application could be sent to the State for approval. <br /> <br />Member Sackett made a motion to approve renewal application, conditioned <br />upon receipt of a lease demonstrating legal possession of the premises for the <br />entire term of the license period. Member Paige seconded the motion. Roll call <br />vote: Koertje-yes, Kimmett-yes, Sackett-yes, Paige-yes. All members were in <br />favor, motion carried. <br /> <br />POLICE DEPARTMENT REPORT <br /> <br />A. Incident Report - Gentleman Jim's (02/22/02) <br /> <br /> Officer Jay Lanphere stated that there was no actual liquor investigation into the <br /> incident.
