All were in favor. <br />A. Approval of Bills <br />B. Approval of Minutes: May 1, 2018; May 8, 2018 <br />C. Approval of June 12 as a Special Meeting <br />D. Approval of Gun Violence Awareness Proclamation <br />E. . Approval of First Amendment to an Intergovernmental Agreement with <br />Boulder County for Replacement of Video Camera <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS_ ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />Mayor Muckle reported he attended the Open Space bird watch walking tour. In spite of <br />the rain, four birds unusual to the area were spotted. <br />CITY MANAGER'S REPORT <br />Deputy City Manager Davis updated Council on the Kestrel housing units and the <br />pedestrian access across Highway 42. Once a week shopping rides are being provided <br />by the Call -and -Ride. RTD will continue the service at least until other pedestrian <br />solutions are in place. <br />REGULAR BUSINESS <br />DISCUSSION/DIRECTION - LOUISVILLE HISTORICAL MUSEUM FUNDING <br />OPTIONS AND LOUISVILLE HISTORY FOUNDATION FEASIBILITY STUDY <br />Bridget Bacon, Museum Coordinator, noted the packet recounted the history and <br />outlined the improvements desired for a'new Museum and Visitor's Center on the empty <br />lot at the museum. Under the Master Plan, a new Museum & Visitor Center building <br />and associated improvements would address the Museum's needs and bring about an <br />enhanced role for the Museum by providing: <br />• ADA access and an ADA restroom, making the campus accessible to all; <br />• Appropriate collection storage space; <br />• Meeting space for the Museum and the community; <br />• Programming space; <br />• A more coherent presentation of Louisville history through the creation of new <br />exhibit areas; <br />
