The number "36" is inserted in two locations of Section P2603.6.1 of the 2018 International <br />Residential Code so the section will read as follows: <br />P2603.6.1. Sewer depth. Building sewers that connect to private sewage disposal systems <br />shall be a minimum of 36 inches below finished grade at the point of septic tank connection. <br />Building sewers shall be a minimum of 36 inches below grade. <br />• Sec. 15.05.080. - Section P3103.1 amended. <br />The number "12" is inserted in two locations of Section P3103.1 of the 2012 International <br />Residential Code so the section will read as follows: <br />P3103.1. Roof extension. All open vent pipes which extend through a roof shall be <br />terminated at least 12 inches above the roof or 12 inches above the anticipated snow <br />accumulation, except that where a roof is to be used for any purpose other than weather <br />protection, the vent extensions shall be run at least 7 feet (2134 mm) above the roof. <br />• PART VIII - ELECTRICAL <br />CHAPTERS 34-43 DELETED <br />Chapters 34 through 43 from the 2018 International Residential Code are hereby deleted in <br />their entirety, and replaced with the latest edition of the National Electrical Code as adopted <br />and enforced by the State of Colorado Electrical Board. <br />• Sec. 15.05.090. - Copies available. <br />At least one copy of the International Residential Code and one copy of each secondary code <br />pertaining thereto, as amended herein, all certified to be true and accurate, shall be available for <br />public inspection at the office of the Building Safety Division between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and <br />5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, holidays excepted. The city clerk shall at all times maintain a <br />reasonable supply of copies of the code available for purchase by the public at a moderate price <br />the public may look at the free online copy of the 2018 IRC at the following <br />link https://codes.iccsafe.org/public/collections/I-Codes <br />• Sec. 15.05.100. - Violations and penalties. <br />It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to erect, construct, enlarge, alter, <br />repair, move, improve, remove, convert or demolish, equip, use, occupy or maintain any building <br />or structure or cause or permit the work to be done, in violation of the provisions of this chapter <br />or the terms of the code or standards adopted and incorporated in this chapter.
