• Chapter 15.10 - 2018 INTERNATIONAL FUEL GAS CODEP1 <br />• Sec. 15.10.010. - Adoption. <br />The International Fuel Gas Code, 2018 edition, published by the International Code Council, 4051 <br />West Flossmoor Road, Country Club Hills, Illinois, 60478-5795, is hereby adopted by reference thereto and <br />incorporated into and made a part of the city Code. The purpose and subject matter of the International Fuel <br />Gas Code include minimum standards relating to the mechanical installations in or in connection with the <br />construction, alteration and repair of new and existing structures including design, construction, installation, <br />quality of materials, locations, operation, and maintenance or use of fuel -gas piping systems, fuel -gas <br />utilization equipment and related accessories. <br />• Sec. 15.10.020. - Section 101.1 amended—Title. <br />Section 101.1 of the 2018 International Fuel Gas Code is amended to insert "the City of Louisville" so <br />the section will read: <br />101.1 Title. These regulations shall be known as the Fuel Gas Code of the City of Louisville, <br />hereinafter referred to as this code. <br />• Sec. 15.10.030. - Section 106.5.2 amended—Fee schedule. <br />Section 106.5.2 of the 2018 International Fuel Gas Code is amended to read as follows: <br />106.5.2 Fee schedule. For buildings, structures, electrical, gas, mechanical and plumbing systems <br />or alterations requiring a permit, a fee for each permit shall be paid in accordance with a fee schedule <br />adopted by resolution of the City Council from time to time. <br />• Sec. 15.10.040. - Section 108.5.3 amended—Refunds. <br />Section 106.5.3 of the 2018 International Fuel Gas Code is amended to read as follows: <br />106.5.3 Refunds. The Building Official is authorized to establish a refund policy. <br />• Sec. 15.10.100. - Copies available. <br />At least one copy of this Code, as amended herein, certified to be true and accurate, shall be available for <br />public inspection at the office of the Building Safety Division, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4 p.m., <br />Monday through Friday, holidays excepted. The city clerk shall at all times maintain a reasonable supply of <br />copies of the code available for purchase by the public at a moderate price.
