These
requirements impacts approximately 1,865 acre-feet (38%) of the City's firm supply. The impacted water shares have an estimated
value of $3.7 million. This project will also have the capacity to compensate for additional shares making them a viable target for the
pending future acquisitions scheduled to begin in 2021. There are a couple alternatives that have a greater level of uncertainty that are
currently under evaluation. If any of the alternatives prove to be more advantageous this project will be requested to be reallocated in
those direction(s). The inability to meet return flow requirements will prevent the use of these water rights.
Is there a computer hardware or software component to this request? No If so, has I.T.
