Section 101.1 of the 2012 International Residential Code is amended to insert <br />"the City of Louisville" so the section will read: <br />R101.1 Title. These provisions shall be known as the Residential Code for One- and <br />Two -Family Dwellings of the City of Louisville, and shall be cited as such and will be <br />referred to herein as this code. <br />Sec. 15.05.040. Section R108.2 Schedule of permit fees. <br />Section R108.2 of the code shall read as follows. <br />R108.2 Schedule of permit fees. On buildings, structures, electrical, gas, mechanical <br />and plumbing systems or alterations requiring a permit, a fee for each permit shall be <br />paid as required, as set forth in the fees established by the current adopted annual fee <br />resolution for the Cityof Louisville,Colorado <br />Sec. 15.05.050. Section P3103.1 amended. <br />The number "12" is inserted in two locations of Section P3103.1 so the section <br />will read as follows: <br />P3103.1. Roof extension. Alt open vent pipes which extend through a roof shall be <br />terminated at least 12 inches above the roof or 12 inches above the anticipated snow <br />accumulation, except that where a roof is to be used for any purpose other than weather <br />protection, the vent extensions shall be run at least 7 feet (2134 mm) above the roof. <br />Sec. 15.05.100. Copies available. <br />At least one copy of the International Residential Code and one copy of each <br />secondary code pertaining thereto, as amended herein, all certified to be true and <br />accurate, shall be available for public inspection at the office of the Building Safety <br />7 <br />
