Louisville Local Licensing Authority <br />Meeting Date: July 29, 2002 <br />Page 2 of 5 <br /> <br />CONSENTAGENDA <br /> <br />The following items on the Local Licensing Authority Agenda are considered routine by the Authority and <br />the consent agenda as a whole shall be approved not as individual items, accepted, etc. by motion of the <br />Authority and roll call vote unless the Local Licensing Authority or Authority Member specifically requests <br />that such item be considered under "Authority Business". In such an event the item shall be removed <br />from the "Consent Calendar" and the Authority action taken separately on said item in the order <br />appearing on the Agenda. Those items so approved under the heading "Consent Calendar" will appear in <br />the Authority minutes in their proper order. <br /> <br />Ao <br /> <br />Renewal Application - Brinker Restaurant Corporation d/b/a Chili's Grill & Bar <br />Inc. ¢f-4.65 - Hotel & Restaurant Liquor License - 585 McCaslin Blvd~ <br /> <br />Renewal Application - Celtic Way LTD, d/b/a Druids Arms - Tavern Liquor <br />License - 809 Main Street. <br /> <br />Member Wilson moved to approve the consent agenda. Member Kimmett seconded <br />the motion. Roll Call Vote: Lipton-yes, Koertje-yes, Kimmett-yes, Sackett-yes, Wilson- <br />yes. All members were in favor, motion carried. <br /> <br />AUTHORITY BUSINESS <br /> <br />Renewal Application - Byung U. Min d/b/a Little Tokyo - Beer & Wine Liquor <br />License- 332 McCaslin Blvd. <br /> <br />Attorney Harrington stated that the Authority has been waiting for the lease <br />renewal that is set to expire on July 30, 2002. She notified the Authority that Mr. <br />Min, the owner of Little Tokyo, submitted his lease to Deputy Schmidt this <br />afternoon at 4:45 p.m. Attorney Harrington received a copy of the lease shortly <br />before the meeting came to order, briefly reviewed the contents and stated that it <br />appeared the conditions of the Authorities approval of the renewal application <br />had been satisfied. <br /> <br />Member Kimmett asked what the term of the lease would be. Attorney <br />Harrington replied that the lease was for five years. She then stated that no <br />further action needed to be taken on this matter. <br /> <br />Chairperson Lipton inquired about the new liquor application for Siamese Plate on the <br />Go. Deputy Schmidt stated that new registered managers for the other locations would <br />be appointed in September. Until then, Deputy Schmidt will not submit the application <br />for Siamese Plate on the Go to the State of Colorado. <br /> <br />Member Kimmett asked about the status of a letter the Authority sent to Outback <br />Steakhouse regarding an incident report that occurred in June.
