Call to Order for OSAB Joint Meeting with Lafayette Open Space Advisory <br />Committee (LOSAC) <br />Laura called the meeting to order at 7:10 pm. <br />II. Roll Call <br />Board Members Present: Helen Moshak, Laura Scott Denton, Fiona Garvin, David <br />Blankinship <br />Board Members Absent: Mike Schantz, Jim Gibb, Missy Hughes, Peter Gowen <br />Louisville City Council Members Present: (none) <br />Louisville Staff Members Present: Ember Brignull, Joe Stevens <br />Lafayette Staff Members Present: Rob Burdine <br />Lafayette Open Space Advisory Committee: Dave Belin, Chair; Erin Frazier, Co -Chair; <br />Rob Burdine; Brent Lutz, Luke Arrington; Merrily Mazza; Lynn Riedel; Allison Hamm; <br />Allison Fischer; and Debbie Wilmot <br />III. Approval of Agenda <br />Laura proposed that Item XIII (Trail/Land Collaborative Opportunities) be moved to item <br />IX in order for Jeff Moline to participate. <br />Helen moved to approve the agenda with the aforementioned change(s). David <br />seconded. The motion passed unanimously. <br />IV. Approval of Previous Meeting's Minutes <br />Laura moved to approve the minutes as written. Helen seconded. The motion passed <br />unanimously. <br />V. Staff Updates <br />Ember deferred updates to next meeting to allow more time for discussion. <br />VI. Board Updates <br />A. Mike emailed Laura to note that dog off leash issues seem to be on the rise again, <br />after an initial reduction due to ranger presence. <br />B. David noted that the Hwy 42 underpass presentation at Steele Ranch South was <br />very well attended (approximately 40 people), many of whom were residents from <br />Kestrel. Planning staff took note of several accessibility comments. <br />VII.
