Landscape or setting special features: <br /> '` The Louisville Arts Center Building is <br /> This masonry building features red brick walls laid in common located at the southwest end of Memory Square <br /> bond(headers every eighth course), and a hipped roof with flared Park, north of the intersection of Grant Avenue <br /> eaves. Two projecting brick courses form a continuous belt course and Spruce Street. The city's swimming pool is <br /> at window sill level. The roof has painted white boxed eaves, and adjacent to this building to the north. Nicely <br /> is covered with black asphalt shingles. A large red brick chimney, landscaped planted grass lawns,with fir or pine <br /> with a corbelled cap, is located on the exterior of the west trees, are located to the east and west of the <br /> elevation.
