A <br /> segment of the update process utilizes input from what has been termed as a"Study <br /> Advisory Committee." This committee was organized as a resource entity for the course of <br /> the study with its primary goal of working with our consultant by reviewing various <br /> findings and recommendations coming forth from the study effort and providing input, <br /> review and comment on the study elements. A copy of the committee membership is <br /> attached for your reference. <br /> Committee members were selected based on a variety of criteria with the understanding that <br /> Board of County Commissioners the Airport Master Plan Update concerns itself primarily with on-airport issues. Flight <br /> Michelle Lawrence tracks and routes are not specifically addressed in the study other than to develop noise <br /> District No. 1 contours based on computer modeling(currently INM Version 5.01). <br /> Patricia B.Holloway <br /> District No. 2 The City of Louisville was not included as a committee member since it was necessary to <br /> keep this group to a relatively small number of"working"members. Certain cities, <br /> Richard M.Sheehan corporations, airport tenants and users that were included on the committee because they <br /> District No. 3 <br /> represent a cross-section of organizations that are impacted by the airport and have interests <br /> involving airport property. The opportunity for participation in the study process by other <br /> interested civic and community interests will be provided through two public information <br /> Airport Management meetings and a formal public hearing which will be held by the Jefferson County <br /> Frank J.Hutfless Commissioners at the conclusion of the study. We will attempt to notify you directly in <br /> County Attorney advance of these public information meetings. <br /> Robert T.Lohne,A.A.E.
