Louisville Local Licensing Authority <br />Meeting Date: August 26, 2002 <br />Page 4 of 4 <br /> <br />Detective Gordanier came in shortly thereafter, and addressed the problems with <br />the Authority receiving incomplete reports. She stated that she was aware of the <br />problems on the follow up reports and she, along with Detective Lanphere, would <br />be conducting training for the police officers. The Authority thought that would be <br />a good idea. <br /> <br />The Authority felt that because there was not enough evidence, no further action <br />would be taken on the Gentleman Jim's incident report. <br /> <br />SECRETARY'S REPORT <br /> <br />No Comments. <br /> <br />AUTHORITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br /> <br />No comments. <br /> <br />AUTHORITY COMMENTS <br /> <br />Vice Chairperson Koertje brought in an article that mentioned Abo's Pizza. In the <br />article, it stated that Herb Sanabria was the manager of Abo's Pizza. Vice Chairperson <br />Koertje noted that when the liquor license was originally applied for that the Authority <br />felt that Mr. Sanabria should not be the manager. He was concerned that Beatriz <br />Sanabria and Lizzette Sanabria, owners of the establishment, were not the managers <br />as stated on the application. <br /> <br />Vice Chairperson Koertje wondered if Abo's Pizza could be investigated.
