Levinson moves and Ewy seconds this <br />motion. Motion passes unanimously by voice vote. <br />> 2018 Posting Locations: <br />Ritchie states that the posting locations are at City Hall, the Library reference <br />desk, the Recreation Center, and the Police Department building. <br />Stuart asks for a motion to approve these posting locations stated by staff. <br />Campbell moves and Levinson seconds this motion. Motion passes <br />unanimously by voice vote. <br />> 2018 Meeting Dates: <br />Ritchie asks the board to move the November 21, 2018 board meeting date a <br />week earlier, making it November 14, 2018. <br />Stuart asks for a motion to approve the meeting date change stated by staff. <br />Ewy moves and Levinson seconds this motion. Motion passes unanimously by <br />voice vote. <br />➢ 2018 Open Government Pamphlet: <br />Ritchie discusses the board of adjustment training schedule and informs the <br />board that there is no training scheduled for 2018 with the city clerk. She informs <br />them that training takes place every other year and that if any board members <br />have concerns or questions about this schedule, they should let staff know. <br />Stuart brings to the board's attention that the city attorney advises against site <br />visits for applications.
