Planning Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />May 10, 2018 <br />Page 6 of 6 <br />STAFF COMMENTS <br />Brauneis asked for staff comments. He asked for an update on water works and reseeding from <br />staff. <br />Zuccaro stated that they could ask Public Works for an email update for the Commission. <br />Zuccaro updated the Commission on the Design Guidelines, noting that there was a survey <br />online at engagelouisvilleco.org for public comment on the guidelines and sign code. He asked <br />if anyone had discussion suggestions for the joint session with City Council on June 12t" <br />Hsu stated that he would not be at the June 12th meeting. He suggested that the Commission <br />would benefit from guidance on how much policy direction Council wanted from the <br />Commission. Hoefner and Brauneis concurred. <br />Zuccaro also updated the Commission on the Transportation Master Plan, noting that public <br />outreach would start in June or July. <br />Zuccaro added that it was possible that there would be no agenda items for the June meeting. <br />Staff has had a low number of applications over the past few months. <br />Howe asked if sustainability and building efficiency could be a topic for the joint meeting with <br />Council. <br />Brauneis suggested that the Commission be briefed on the Sustainability Advisory Board's <br />work. <br />Zuccaro responded that updating the building codes and making a Transportation Master Plan <br />were recommendations from the SAB. <br />ITEMS TENTATIVELY SCHEDULED FOR THE REGULAR MEETING JUNE 12, 2018 <br />None. <br />Adjourn: <br />Hoefner made motion to adjourn, Howe seconded. Brauneis adjourned meeting at 7:45 PM. <br />
