Local Licensing Authority <br />Minutes <br />June 25, 2018 <br />Page3of3 <br />Members of the Authority discussed the incident and agreed a show cause <br />hearing should be ordered. <br />Carlson moved the Authority issue a show cause order to Union Jack concerning <br />this incident, appoint a special prosecutor and set the hearing for July 23, 2018. <br />Lipton seconded. All in favor. <br />Secretary's Report <br />Carlson noted the June 10, 2018 seller/server training attendance was included <br />in the packet. <br />Minutes from previous meetings were included to answer the question raised at <br />the last meeting concerning how more than one show cause hearing for one <br />establishment had been handled. <br />Hanson noted Ms. Scriggins had resigned as a member of the Authority and <br />asked current members to pass out applications to people they thought might be <br />interested. <br />Authority Attorney's Report <br />No report. <br />Authority Comment <br />Carlson noted he attended meetings with the State Liquor Enforcement Division <br />and there had been some discussion about the modification of premises issues <br />with the street patios. No conclusions were reached but it is being considered as <br />other municipalities have brought it up as well. <br />Carlson noted the statutes for liquor are being re -numbered. The liquor division <br />will be moving their offices. <br />Adjourn — Carlson moved to adjourn. Lipton seconded. All in favor. The <br />meeting was adjourned at 7:30 p.m. <br />
