Follow-up from County Green House Gas Presentation <br />• Presented by Lea Yancy of Boulder County. <br />• Residential & Commercial Buildings and Transportation comprise of 90% of emissions <br />within Louisville. <br />• Despite population growth emissions are steady. Continued action needed as <br />population continues to grow. <br />• Decomposing waste within the County limits are 1 % of emissions. This does not <br />include upstream waste from products manufactured outside of the County limits. <br />• Adding renewable energy to the grid has the largest impact on emissions reduction. <br />• Continued collaboration between the City and Council is crucial to reduce greenhouse <br />gas emissions. <br />VI.
