RESOLUTION NO 39 <br />SERIES 2018 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PRELIMINARY PUD TO ALLOW FOR A 48,623 <br />SQUARE FOOT RELIGIOUS INSTITUTION AND A PRELIMINARY PLAT TO <br />CREATE 4 LOTS FOR CURRENT DEVELOPMENT, CREATE 2 PARCELS FOR <br />FUTURE SUBDIVISION AND DEVELOPMENT, AND DEDICATE 2 OUTLOTS TO <br />THE CITY FOR A FUTURE TRAIL, LOCATED ON 51.45 ACRES AT THE <br />NORTHEAST INTERSECTION OF 96TH STREET AND DILLON ROAD <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission an <br />application for a Preliminary PUD to allow for a 48,623 square foot religious institution <br />and a Preliminary Plat to create 2 parcels for future subdivision and development, 4 lots <br />for current development, and two Outlots for a future trail, three tracts of land located in <br />the SW 'A of Section 16, Township 1 South, Range 69 West; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed the information submitted and found that <br />the application complies with the Louisville zoning and subdivision regulations and other <br />applicable sections of the Louisville Municipal Code, and, <br />WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing on August 9, 2018, where evidence <br />and testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the Louisville <br />Planning Commission Staff Report dated August 9, 2018, the Planning Commission <br />recommended approval of the Final Plat to City Council, and <br />WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing on September 4, 2018, where <br />evidence and testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the <br />Louisville City Council Staff Report dated September 4, 2018, City Council has reviewed <br />the application, including the recommendation of the Planning Commission and finds that <br />said Final Plat should be approved <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Louisville, <br />Colorado does hereby approve a request for a Preliminary PUD to allow for a 48,623 <br />square foot religious institution and a Preliminary Plat to create 2 parcels for future <br />subdivision and development, 4 lots for current development, and two Outlots for a future <br />trail, three tracts of land located in the SW '/ of Section 16, Township 1 South, Range 69 <br />West with the following condition <br />1 The final PUD plans shall include a note that the sidewalk along Dillon Road will <br />be constructed by the owner of Parcel 2 or their successor with the first <br />development on such property <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of September, 2018 <br />Meredyth Muth <br />1 <br />Robert P Mucklb, M'yor <br />Resolution No. 39, Series 2018 <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />
