11: City,/ <br />im Louisville <br />COLORADO • SINCE 1878 <br />LOUISVILLE REVITALIZATION <br />COMMISSION <br />SUBJECT: <br />MEETING WITH DESMAN PARKING CONSULTANTS FOR THE <br />PARKING STRUCTURE CONCEPTUAL DESIGN <br />DATE: AUGUST 31, 2018 <br />PRESENTED BY: AARON DEJONG, ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT <br />SUMMARY: <br />Representatives from Desman Associates (Hoshi Engineer, Steve Rebora, Scot Martin) <br />and DAJ Design (Andy Johnson) will be at the meeting to continue the downtown <br />parking structure conceptual design project. Topics Desman would like to cover <br />include: <br />1. Brief recap of important issues discussed in the LRC meeting dated 7 30 18 <br />2. Presentation of Concept Schemes 1 though 5 <br />■ Site Plan and Level 1 Floor Plan <br />■ Parking Space Tabulation and Parking Efficiency <br />■ Opinion of Construction Hard Cost of the Garage <br />■ Massing Models <br />A meeting with City Council is currently scheduled for September 25th to gather input <br />from them related to the conceptual designs. Staff and Desman is planning to hold the <br />community open house prior to September 25 so City Council can benefit from the <br />input. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />1) Draft concepts 1-5 and massing study for each option <br />
