WHEREAS, Boulder County ballot measure 1A is directly aligned with the City of <br />Louisville's legislative position that "supports law enforcement and municipal court <br />policies that ensure public health and safety, thereby improving the quality of life in <br />partnership with the community." <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br />Louisville supports Boulder County Ballot Issue 1A for an alternative sentencing facility <br />and jail modernization, and strongly urges a vote of YES this November. <br />RESOLVED this 17th day of September, 2018. <br />Ift).(j1/4t4-1 <br />Robert P.
