Sam Light-Not necessarily You do have 30 days to send written notice of a decision. <br /> Q Under section six the word requirement is there,the third line down. That could be <br /> misleading? <br /> A. Sam Light-I would recommend that be change to read"modifying the order, decision, or <br /> determination" <br /> Sam Light- The last item I want to touch on is rehearings, which is in section 8(d) on page 7 <br /> We have tried to allow for rehearing for good cause without presenting an opportunity to bring <br /> decisions back time and time again. In section 8(d), if there is a feeling that this process is being <br /> misused by either party,this body has to decide, by motion, if they are to rehear an item. The <br /> thirty day time period would start on the day of mailing of the written notice of findings.
