There was some testimony which was given by plumbers that it would be cost prohibitive to buy all the standards which are referenced in the code. The identical standards are referenced in the Umform Plumbing Code. So they would still need those standards. Those are nationally recogmzed standards which are referenced. This is the direction codes are going. Performance based codes. If it meets health and life safety, and functions,that is the direction we want to go Sam Light—The result that you will have with that sort of system is that you will shift the dispute from the body which makes the restrictive code and us.
