We do have proof of publication for September 12, 1999 In
part the public notice stated that any comments could be directed to me at City To date I have
not received any comments.
I have given a packet to the board of my proposed amendments to the International Plumbing
Code. To put these amendments together I have used various documents. The 1997
International Plumbing Code, Overview and analysis of the 1997 International Plumbing Code
and the 1997 Uniform Plumbing, the 1997 Uniform Plumbing Code and the Commentary on the
1997 International Plumbing Code. I also used the 1998 Supplement, which showed changes
implemented during last years code change hearings.
In addition I have reviewed the ordinance's and amendments of other jurisdictions which have
adopted the International Plumbing Code in the State. Longmont adopted the Code with
numerous amendments. Boulder had very few amendments to the Code. Vail had the minimal
amount of amendments.
1
