Is there any further Board discussion? Hearing none, I <br /> will close the public hearing <br /> I am in need of a motion to grant or deny the <br /> application <br /> MOTION TO GRANT APPLICATION <br /> I move that the City of Louisville Building Code Board of <br /> Appeals find the materials proposed by the applicant are <br /> equivalent of those prescribed in the Uniform Building Code <br /> adopted by the City, and that based on such finding, the Board <br /> grant the application as submitted. <br /> MOTION TO DENY APPLICATION <br /> I move that the City of Louisville Building Code Board of <br /> Appeals find the materials proposed by the applicant are not <br /> equivalent of those prescribed in the Uniform Building Code <br /> adopted by the City for the following reasons ; <br /> and that based on such findings the Board deny the <br /> application. <br /> ALTERNATIVE MOTION TO DENY APPLICATION <br /> I move that the Attorney for the Board be directed to prepare <br /> draft findings and conclusions denying the application, for <br /> the Board' s consideration at a meeting on April , 1997 . <br /> 5 <br />
