NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> Section 1. If the applicant for a water tap permit <br /> desires a larger size tap than is required by reference <br /> to the International Uniform Plumbing Code and Table B, <br /> the fee charges shall be the minimum fee for the size <br /> tap desired. <br /> C. In the event a consumer desires to provide <br /> automatic fire-control protection for the consumer' s <br /> premises and for emergency service only, which requires <br /> a tap larger than three-fourths-inch, the tap fee <br /> charged shall be based only on the demand set forth in <br /> the International Uniform Plumbing Code and Table B of <br /> section 13 . 12 . 040 . The user shall be required to pay <br /> the full cost of installation of the service, including <br /> all pipe, valves and valve boxes <br /> Section 2 .
