Except as otherwise provided herein, the International Plumbing Code is adopted in full, including the outline of contents, index, and all of the appendices thereto. In all sections of this chapter, title, or Louisville Municipal Code where a reference is made to the International Plumbing Code or IPC, said reference shall be to the 1997 Edition of said Code . Section 6 . Section 15 . 16 . 020 of the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby repealed and reenacted, with amendments, to read as follows : 15.16.020 Plumbing Permit Fees. Plumbing permit fees shall be as indicated in the Appendix A of the International Plumbing Code, as adopted and set forth in section 15 . 16 . 030 . Section 7. Section 15 .16 . 030 of the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby repealed and reenacted, with amendments, to read as follows : 15 .16 .30 Amendment to International Plumbing Code Adopted. A The following amendments are hereby made to the International Plumbing Code • 1 . Section 101 . 1 is amended by insertion of City of Louisville within the brackets . 2 . Section 103 is amended to read as follows . 103 . Building Safety Division is responsible for the administration and enforcement of this code . The Chief Building Official is designated as the code official as used in the International Plumbing Code . 3 . Sections 105. 4 through 105. 4 . 6, inclusive, are deleted in their entirety. 4 . Section 106. 5.2 to read as follows 106 . 5 . 2 . The fees for all plumbing work shall be as indicated in Appendix A. 5 . Section 106. 5.3 is amended by the insertion eighty per cent within the brackets in paragraphs numbered 2 and 3 . 6 Sections 107.2, 107.2. 1 and 107.2.2 are deleted in their entirety. 7 . Section 107. 4 is deleted in its entirety. 4
