The fingerprints had not been received by the City of Louisville as
of January 4, 1994 so an emergency meeting was called by the Local Licensing Authority which
took office in December of 1993. The applicants requested an extension to the original Temporary
Permit since they had no control over the fingerprinting process. Motion was made by Jeffers to
extend the temporary permit an additional sixty days and if the fingerprints should come in before
the January 24 meeting for establishing by-laws that the transfer request be reviewed at that date to
eliminate any further delay to the applicants, seconded by Garelick. All in favor. Extended
Temporary Permit will expire March 4 or until the permit is canceled, revoked or summarily
suspended by the Local Licensing Authority or State Licensing Authority in accordance with state
law, whichever shall first occur.

ADJOURNMENT
Chairperson Morris called for any other business, if none called for a motion to adjourn.
