THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE <br /> <br />FEBRUARY 187 1994 <br /> <br />LOCAL LICENSING AUTHORITY PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />The Local Licensing Authority of the City of Louisville met in public hearing in the 2nd Floor <br />Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Chairperson for the Authority, <br />Eugene Morris called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. and the following persons were present. <br /> <br />Authority Members: <br /> <br />Gene Morris, Larry Evans, Bill Kimmett, <br />Steve Jeffers, Robert Garelick, Lisa <br />Stephens - Associate <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Linda Salas, Secretary to the Authority <br />Scott Ross, Griffiths & Tanoue - Acting <br /> Attorney to the Authority <br /> <br />Absent: <br /> <br />Susan Griffiths, Griffiths & Tanoue - <br /> Attorney to the Authority <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mo~s: <br /> <br />I will open the public hearing on the application of Kaddy Shack <br />Restaurant for a new beer and wine liquor license at 1000 South <br />Boulder Road, Louisville, Colorado. <br /> <br />The hearing will follow the procedures set out in the current <br />Bylaws of the Authority. <br /> <br />Salas: <br /> <br />The Secretary to the Authority has a few comments. <br />The application is for a beer and wine liquor license. I have <br />provided copies of the complete application to each Authority <br />member. The application is complete except for fingerprints on <br />Barbara Woodard. Fingerprint reports have been received for <br />David Woodard and are included in the application, Barbara <br />Woodard's fingerprints are not included in this packet. Public <br />notice of this hearing has been posted and published in accordance <br />with state law. I am not aware of any reason that would require the <br />Authority to deny the application. <br /> <br />Morris: <br /> <br />Are there any Authority member disclosures. <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br /> <br />
