RESOLUTION NO. 48 <br />SERIES 2018 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PUD AMENDMENT TO REMOVE THE EXISTING <br />MATERIALS ON THE ONE-STORY BUILDING AND REFACE THE FACADE WITH <br />HORIZONTAL FIBER -CEMENT BOARD AND METAL AS AN ACCENT MATERIAL <br />AND ACCENT SIDING, AND OTHER MISCELLANEOUS MODIFICATIONS; <br />LOUISVILLE SUBDIVISION, BLOCK B, LOTS 2, 3, & 4 (720/726 FRONT STREET) <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission an <br />application for a request for a PUD Amendment to remove the existing materials on the <br />one-story building and reface the facade with horizontal fiber -cement board and metal as <br />an accent material and accent siding, and other miscellaneous modifications; Louisville <br />Subdivision, Block B, Lots 2, 3, & 4; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed the information submitted and found that <br />the application complies with the Louisville zoning and subdivision regulations and other <br />applicable sections of the Louisville Municipal Code; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered the application at a duly <br />noticed public hearing on October 11, 2018, where evidence and testimony were entered <br />into the record, including the findings in the Louisville Planning Commission Staff Report <br />dated October 11, 2018. <br />WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing on October 16, 2018, where <br />evidence and testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the <br />Louisville City Council Staff Report dated October 16, 2018, City Council has reviewed <br />the application, including the recommendation of the Planning Commission and finds that <br />said PUD Amendment should be approved <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Louisville, <br />Colorado does hereby approve a request fora PUD Amendment to remove the existing <br />materials on the one-story building and reface the facade with horizontal fiber -cement <br />board and metal as an accent material and accent siding, and other miscellaneous <br />modifications; Louisville Subdivision, Block B, Lots 2, 3, & 4. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16TH day of October, 2018. <br />Mered�`+ �� ity <br />By 14.1 1 <br />obert P.
