City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />October 2, 2018 <br />Page 2 of 15 <br />Mayor Muckle called for changes to the agenda and hearing none, moved to approve <br />the agenda, seconded by Councilmember Maloney. All were in favor. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br />Chief John Willson, Louisville Fire District, gave his quarterly report. He stated <br />construction on Station 2 is on budget and should be complete in February. He stated <br />many districts are going to the voters for adjustments to their mill levies; Louisville is <br />not He discussed the Fire Department's ambulance fee structure and prepayment <br />options. He stated October 7 -13 is fire prevention week. <br />Deb Fahey, 1118 West Enclave Circle, stated she gave Council copies of comments <br />from the Facebook 0027 Group and NextDoor related to what they want to see at the <br />old Sam's Club building. <br />APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT AGENDA <br />MOTION: Mayor Muckle moved to approve the consent agenda, seconded by <br />Councilmember Leh. Approval of November, December, and January Meeting Schedule <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />Mayor Muckle welcomed new City Attorney Kathleen Kelly. <br />CITY MANAGER'S REPORT <br />None. <br />REGULAR BUSINESS <br />DISCUSSION/DIRECTION/ ACTION — CITY MANAGER'S PROPOSED 2019-2020 <br />OPERATING & CAPITAL BUDGET, 2019 — 2024 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PLAN, <br />AND 2019-2024 LONG-TERM FINANCIAL PLAN —PUBLIC HEARING (advertised <br />Daily Camera 9/27/18) <br />Mayor Muckle noted the budget was introduced last month, this is the public hearing, <br />and Council will have another meeting on Thursday before adoption in November. <br />Mayor opened the public hearing. <br />
