Introduction of Bruce Goodman Police Chief <br /> <br />Police Chief Bruce Goodman introduced himself to the Authority and discussed the reporting <br />procedures that have been in effect since January 1994, in regards to incidents involving liquor <br />license holders and establishments. The Authority requested that the reports identify the <br />complainant in relationship to the bar. <br /> <br />3. Draft Letter of Introduction of New Authority to All License Holders <br /> <br />Stephens asked that the portion of the sentence in the last paragraph saying "We look forward to <br />working with you," be removed and the sentence start with "If you have any questions..." <br />Griffiths suggested that the sentence reading "The Authority with the State Liquor Enforcement <br />Division will be providing a training session.., should say "at the Authorities request the State <br />Liquor Enforcement Division will be providing ..." <br /> <br />Jeffers called for a motion. Garelick moved that the_Authority approve the letter ax amended, <br />seconded by Stephens. All in favor. <br /> <br />SECRETARY'S REPORT <br /> <br />Video tape of the training session of the Local Licensing Authority is now being used by the <br />State Liquor Enforcement Division to assist other municipalities.
