It is believed that the blue <br />sketch was probably made in 1948, and the red pencil markings (that include a circled "1" that <br />likely was intended to indicate that it was just one story high) were likely added in 1950: <br />Joe Cisneros died in 1977, and Virginia in 1987. In 1992, Thomas L. Cisneros, who is believed to <br />have been their son, sold 417 County Rd. <br />Later Owners <br />Later owners of 417 County Rd. included Dana Jenkins and Mary J. Jenkins; Christina Dozauer- <br />Ray; James Ray; and Richard E. Rush III, Rush & Company LLC, and Rush & Co Properties.
