Mary Romano Waugh in 1947 conveyed ownership of the tract in question to her daughter, <br />Helen Romano Stumpf. After Helen Stumpf passed away in 2001, ownership of the property <br />passed to her children, John Stumpf and Mary Stumpf Weiss. John Stumpf transferred his <br />ownership to his sister, Mary Stumpf Weiss, and her husband, James Weiss. <br />In 2008, Mary Stumpf Weiss conveyed ownership of the tract to her husband, James Weiss. <br />Also in 2008, James transferred ownership to himself and his daughter, Lara, and her husband. <br />James Weiss is believed to have lived on the property and rented out a number of the houses. <br />When he passed away in 2010, Lara Weiss -Seidel and Christopher Seidel became the legal <br />owners of the tract. <br />To summarize, available records indicate that the owners of this tract since 1906 have been the <br />following members and generations of the Romano family: <br />• First generation — Pasquale and Filomena Romano <br />• Second generation — Their daughter, Mary Romano Waugh <br />• Third generation — Her daughter, Helen Romano Stumpf <br />• Fourth Generation — Her daughter, Mary Stumpf Weiss, and her husband, James Weiss <br />• Fifth Generation — Their daughter, Lara Weiss -Seidel, and her husband, Christopher <br />Seidel <br />Helen Romano Stumpf and Karl Stumpf are first shown in directories as living on County Rd. in <br />Louisville, which is believed to be in this location, in 1953. In 1956, their residence is listed as <br />being "end County Rd." Helen's mother, Mary Romano Waugh, and her husband, Henry Waugh, <br />after living in Boulder, are first shown in 1955 as living at "end County Rd.," which is believed to <br />be in this location. <br />The following aerial photo from 1962 shows a view looking east, with Tract 704A roughly <br />outlined.
