The following ground layout sketch from the County Assessor card includes blue pencil <br />markings made in 1948 and gray pencil markings that appear to have been made in 1960, <br />judging from other notations on the card. Next came owners Elvin and Betty Smith, from 1954 to 1957. <br />The following photo attached to the County Assessor card for 517 Lincoln is undated, but <br />appears to have been taken in the 1950s, before the major remodeling that is believed to have <br />occurred in the early 1960s. <br />
