floor joists and could be seen when one was in the cellar. The Brimbles also added a front <br />porch. The porch was later closed in by the current owners, it is believed. <br />The following image is of the photo taken in 1948 for the County Assessor card. This was before <br />the rear addition and front porch were added. (The Leslie House at 501 Jefferson is on the left <br />of the photo.) <br />Based on notations on the card, a representative from the County Assessor's office visited in (it <br />appears) 1948, 1950, 1955, and 1956.
