Anna Koci, the owner of 1201 Lincoln since 1963 when her children conveyed their part <br />interests in the property to her by quit claim deeds, died in 1980. Her daughter, Anna Koci <br />Reddington, inherited 1201 Lincoln and continued to live there. In 1981, Anna Reddington sold <br />off lots 100-102 to the north of the house. Anna Reddington died in 2000. <br />Besides 1201 Lincoln, the other houses on the west side of the 1200 block of Lincoln were all <br />constructed between 1995 and 1999. <br />Later Owners <br />After Anna Koci Reddington died in 2000, her son, Gary, acting as the personal representative <br />for her estate, in 2001 sold 1201 Lincoln to David and Lynne Nieda. <br />Today, Boulder County indicates that the owners of record are David and Lynne Nieda and 1201 <br />Lincoln LLC. <br />The preceding research is based on a review of relevant and available online County property records, census <br />records, oral history interviews, Louisville directories, and Louisville Historical Museum maps, files, obituary <br />records, and historical photographs from the collection of the Louisville Historical Museum. <br />5 <br />
