1968 as the County website currently indicates). Owner Dwight Sullivan constructed the <br />current building and opened Bungalow Drug in the building in 1964. It was located there <br />until 1979. Bungalow Drug had previously been located across the street where the City <br />Hall parking lot is now located, just north of 717 Main. The City moved some operations into 712 Main in 1979 (renting from <br />owner Dwight Sullivan). The offices that were moved to 712 Main included the Louisville <br />Public Library. The Library was located at 712 Main, with the use of 800 square feet, <br />until late 1980, when it moved to the first floor of the renovated City Hall building, <br />according to the November 5, 1980 issue of The Louisville Times. <br />In 1981, Boulder County Tri-City Offices opened their doors at 712 Main with a public <br />dedication. The County also purchased the property in 1983. Directories from the 1980s <br />show that the following County functions had a presence in the building at that time: <br />Boulder County Annex, County Clerk, Social Services, Mental Health, Emergency Family <br />Assistance, Private Industry Partnership, Human Services, District Attorney, Human <br />Services, and Veterans Services. In addition, a store called "Lou's Near New" was located <br />at 712 Main in the mid-1980s. <br />According to the July 18, 2013 Daily Camera, the Boulder County offices moved out of <br />712 Main a few years before 2013 and it had become the new offices of Boulder Creek <br />Neighborhoods, formerly Boulder Creek Builders. <br />722 Main St. History <br />Historic House, demolished by 1959: <br />4 <br />
