The following photo of the house is from the Boulder County Assessor card. Notations on the <br />card suggest that the photo was taken not long after the house was built. There was no ground <br />layout sketch drawn on the card. <br />A notation on the card states that a patio was added by 1961, then "Patio Converted to House" <br />was written in 1964. <br />Later Owners/Residents <br />In 1994, following the death of Ann Bammer Winkler, her daughter, Mary Ann Blatter, sold the <br />house to the current owners of record, Julie and Robert F. Nilsen. <br />The preceding research is based on a review of relevant and available online County property records, census <br />records, oral history interviews, Louisville directories, and Louisville Historical Museum maps, files, and obituary <br />records. <br />
