GROUND PLAN SKETCH
,NOICATa NUMCRSTORM..1
FRONT
Directories show that Frank Malczyk primarily worked as a miner. When he died in 1990, his
obituary stated that he was a Past Chief of the Louisville Fire Department.
Later Owners
In 1977, Frank and Marian Malczyk sold 724 Johnson to Wayne Edward Roseler. Jolene Roseler
was added as an owner later.
In 2013, the Roselers sold 724 Johnson to Andrew and Pamela Antell. In 2014, the Antells sold
the house to Ashley Tittle Goldstein, who is the current owner of record.
The preceding research is based on a review of relevant and available online County property records, census
records, oral history interviews, Louisville directories, and Louisville Historical Museum maps, files, and obituary
records.
3
