• <br />......... ... <br />it <br />• <br />The next owners were Lloyd and Beverly Davis in 1978, and Ellen Basden (followed by <br />Debra Basden) from 1978 to 1990. It was while Ellen Basden was the owner that the <br />property was replatted, creating a separate property out of the west side of this corner <br />property. That now has the address of 520 Short, and the County Assessor gives the <br />date of construction of the house at 520 Short as 1912. <br />Owner who followed Debra Basden were Patrick Gill and Amy Herdy. The current <br />owners are William B. and Lisa L.
