Dayhoff (1936-2004), who was a longtime Boulder County employee, was also listed in <br />public documents as having been a resident of the house. <br />The following photo of the building is from the County Assessor Card and is believed to <br />date from 1948. The square footage of the house in 1948 was stated to be 1273 square <br />feet, which is the same as what the County Assessor lists as being on the first floor today <br />(and today, there are 548 additional square feet on the second floor).
